today i did the gym 2x mawnin wit Judy where i put in most of my work actually made my 3 miles on d bike did some strength trainin on my legs as well then went back wit kia did 5 mins on treadmil n glider did some more work on legs but different from this mawnin. i ate wntirely tomuch tho pizzas n wings but did notice i wasnt hungry even tho i did eat so goin to b payin attention to that. I only needed to use my inhaler 3x for d day big improvement. lots of water with lemon need to start juicin c wat difference it makes .cant wait till tomorrow an hr gym time wit judy goin to attempt one arm work out along wit leg n cardio.
