Well I am mad with the new fitness tracker. I can't get it to work right. I just do so many strength exercises and what ever comes up on their "generated" one I mark as I did them, but I didn't. I did something else. I liked the old system. I could use it and I was doing it more. Now, I have really cut back, I know the only person I am hurting is myself. I was growing in my strength training, but not now. :(
Well, I better get off to bed.
