Whew! I just finished a 2 mile walk with 5 pound weights, and did some strength training besides. I am sweaty and definitely got my heart rate up. Meal plan was fine too.
This was the first time I used weights while walking. My plan is to work my way up to a longer walk as soon as carrying them for 2 miles. I am pretty sure I am going to be a bit sore tomorrow, but no pain no gain, as they say.
