walk it out

I meant to go to yoga today but the timing didn't work out. I was all out of sorts this afternoon, it has been a crazy day. An early dentist appt, a little show at preschool, lots of impromptu meetings at work. I felt like i was spinning in circles.

I decided to take a walk tonight instead. I did the longest walk I have done in a while, 3.5 miles, around both the neighborhood and the lake. I took my little dog, she is 6 lbs but she was a trooper. She was nice and tired when we got back. I felt better when I returned. Still out of sorts, but better. I also had a clean food.

    Long walks are sometimes the perfect anecdote for "out of sorts" - and I know just what you mean by that. Somedays are just a little off. Hope today is a better one.

    Sorry you didn't make it to yoga and that your day was off but good for you for making the most out of your day through clean eating and getting a long walk in!

    I know about walking it out. been doing a lot of that lately myself. out of sorts doesn't even begin to explain how i'm feeling right now. lol. You will feel better soon just keep moving.
