It was a tuesday

Tuesday has seemed to become my break from excerise day. I worked 8 hours come home make supper and hang with the kids. it is one of the only days I do not need to run around taking anybody anywere. I do not go to the gym on tuesdays. I use to be upset with my self for not geting in a bunch of excerise but after looking at my excerise logs every day but tuesdays I seem to get enough excerise in. Hope every one has a great day.

    I agree with everyone who has commented. Everyone needs at least 1 day a week where you rest, relax and recuperate from work, exercise and the routine of life.
That is part of a healthy lifestyle to give your body a chance to rest and recover so you feel refreshed and ready to pick up the torch again! Do something for you that day whether it be reading, a craft, art, music. Make it your day to chill out and have fun, peace onto you~

    you always need a rest day...too bad my rest day has turned into a week...

    You need a day to relax too, give those muscles a chance to rest. Of course your day sounds so busy to me:-)
