Started Crossfit about 1.5 months ago and I love the feeling when I'm done! Hope to see some results soon.

    Measure inches and physical abilities. When I was doing the 30 Day Shred the first time I wasn't losing a lot of weight but in the first week I lost 5.5 inches! By week 2 I could do the entire set of push ups without pausing. Remember progress/success can be measured in many different ways, never short change yourself by missing your changes.
