Okay I think I deserve this one. I just had Mother's day, my birthday, and my wedding anniversary this week. It's so hard to stick to this strict jumpstart diet when there's so much festivities. I think I might have set myself up for this one though. Planning a diet around this time was a bad idea. Tomorrow is a new day!
Just remember, diets are rigid and are rarely stuck to. Lifestyle changes are forgiving and look at the big picture. So this week you're eating a bit over your calorie range, next week you won't be.
