I have been doing so good for the last 5 months and recently, in the last few days, i have been eating awful and over eating. I knew it every time i went to take a bite of something but i couldn't stop. So from now on I will just say no and if i am truly hungry i will grab some peanuts or something. I am so grateful to have found a workout buddy that holds me accountable and that i don't want to let down! So as of this moment i am back on track! No excuses for me now
