So strange! Yesterday I had my "Healthy eating rant" and today my Spark Coach topic was moderation!
These two articles where listed as additional information! It's pretty much what I said yesterday, no good or bad foods, just moderation! That is the only way for me! That seems to be the only way to make this eating plan a life time plan! If you had to go without bread, muffins,biscuits, or even pies and cakes for the rest of your life, would you be able to do it?
Why should you? You can have the things that you like and still live a healthy life with MODERATION!
Since I have been eating healthy I have gone with out using regular sugar, except in rare cases (occasionally in tea) and I find that I don't crave it. Fruit is sweet enough for me. But I do have sweets once in a while. I love angelfood cake with strawberries and I could use light Cool Whip if I wanted to! Little treats now and then make this journey a little easier and that is important to me! I am glad to know that the experts here at SP agree!
