Last night's recap

I was so tired last night, I didn't check in. I ran 2 miles around the lake in our neighborhood. The path is mostly concrete sidewalks and I was in my first run on concrete. I was also wearing new shoes and listening to music on my phone (instead of a podcast or book like normal.) It was a good run, I enjoyed being outside on the path. My knees really hurt almost right away. I haven't had any knee problems this whole time so it was a disappointment to have problems.

I am having a blah day, in a bad mood for no particular reason. Plan to go walk or run shortly.
