    before I view vlog I wanted to comment on Mind-Set Makeover: I didn't know crossing my legs was the first one until I did it.... so when I was searching for my ideal fantasy size 10 wardrobe I came up with Fashion Show vlog. The "doing" would be the actual "wearing."
Thanks for pointing out what Mind-Set Makeover is (I don't have the sp materials) for those of your fan base who don't have the sp books.
Now I'm ready to bang out ten minutes fitness & view your vlog for company. Have a great Wednesday. emoticon
