Ok it's been WAY too long since I have been on here but I am still on my journey to a healthier life. A lot has happened in my health life the last few months. Without going into too much detail I was getting more and more frustrated with changing my diet, doing karate twice a week (achieving my yellow belt Yay me !) , doing zumba (both land and water) and when it started getting nicer outside running in the morning to no result in either measurements or on the scale. I finally went to my family Dr where I was diagnosed with Metrorrhagia (irregular cycles) and referred to my OBG. She wanted to put my on BC but I am done that part of my life and did not want to go down that road again. Long and short of it I ended up going to my health food store and got a bottle of progesterone cream and within the month I was regular and had lost 5 pds and 5 inches all over. Since then I have also had more energy and am even doing a 30 day ab challenge and plank challenge with my husband. I have learned that if you think that something is off keep at it till you get the results you are looking for and look outside the box for health answers. You never know it may be just the thing your body needs to get back on track.
