My brother has been raving about this work out~ run for 10 minutes, then 25 of each:pushups, situps, squats and repeat until you have run 3 miles and have done 100 reps of each exercise
I can do this but I have to run 4 and scale down my exercises starting with 15 each and so on. I also ran 800s not 10 minutes. All in all did it 8xs and in about an hr wooo
also practicing handstands so ONE day I can do a handstand push up!
After I didn't feel bad eating a peanut butter packed sandwich!
I was feeling the need to see how bad I looked after my ham and woodchuck train wreck this weekend.
I can pick apart my pictures but I wont. I am just happy my back fat hasn't suddenly reappeared!
I plan on running a 10 mile race June 6th and hopefully by that time Ill be a tad slimmer! lets kick our own asses ladies!
