WOD and "progress" photos

My brother has been raving about this work out~ run for 10 minutes, then 25 of each:pushups, situps, squats and repeat until you have run 3 miles and have done 100 reps of each exercise emoticon whoa nelly!

I can do this but I have to run 4 and scale down my exercises starting with 15 each and so on. I also ran 800s not 10 minutes. All in all did it 8xs and in about an hr wooo

also practicing handstands so ONE day I can do a handstand push up!

After I didn't feel bad eating a peanut butter packed sandwich!

I was feeling the need to see how bad I looked after my ham and woodchuck train wreck this weekend.

I can pick apart my pictures but I wont. I am just happy my back fat hasn't suddenly reappeared!

I plan on running a 10 mile race June 6th and hopefully by that time Ill be a tad slimmer! lets kick our own asses ladies!

    I can't wait to lose my last back fat roll. I am proud to report I've gone from two+ SUBSTANTIAL rolls to one semi-roll. emoticon May not sound impressive but one of these days I'll post the photos and blow your mind. emoticon

I am happy I can do 10 push up...I couldn't do a handstand without a wall as a kid...

    Get it girl! I totally can't do a handstand right now. My arms have atrophied so much over the past few years of not lifting. Doing a handstand pushup would be awesome.
WOODCHUCK!!! I am one of the only people in my circle that drinks that. I am not much for normal beer but I loooovvveee me some Woodchuck.haha
Your before photos aint a bad place to start. I forsee a Sports Illustrated mag lookin' picture in your near future. emoticon

    sounds like an awesome workout. I think I just might have to try it. I'm pretty sure it'll kick my butt pretty bad at first, but what the heck!
