Day 4 :)

Tuesday, May 14, 2013

WOW feeling GREAT today. I did my yoga first yesterday and then waited an hour and did my bike. It was easier! I broke it up more today. 45-30-30-15 emoticon

I have so much to do.
I am having TONS of visitors this summer
and I want to change the bathroom before they
get here. My goal before the end of the month :)

You are doing great! I did 70 flights of stairs and an hour walk around the lake.

I break up my exercise like that when I have laundry or it's a day where I have to shave the dog. I HATE shaving the dog! So I will shave part of him, then workout, wrangle him and shave, then work out.

By the time I am done, I have cleaned the windows, vacuumed and all else just to avoid getting on the dreaded recumbent bike and shaving the dog. (but yes, I do finally finish shaving the dog... he looks really weird otherwise!)

Congratulations and ENJOY the makeover in your bathroom. If you don't enjoy it, it's not worth it!

Way to go on the exercise. I find it easier if I break it up through out the day as well. Best of luck to you on getting your bathroom done!

Great you are doing so well with your exercise! Glad you found the right mix for you! Have fun with the bathroom! I'm redoing mine too with a flip flop theme since it is the one they use to change for the pool. Stay strong! Keep Sparking You Awesome Firecracker, You!
