WOW feeling GREAT today. I did my yoga first yesterday and then waited an hour and did my bike. It was easier! I broke it up more today. 45-30-30-15
I have so much to do.
I am having TONS of visitors this summer
and I want to change the bathroom before they
get here. My goal before the end of the month :)
