Goal: 100 days staying on plan

This is day 1. I can do this! I've done this before with flying colors, so I can do this again! Many crazy things have happened since I've met goal (which shook me up a bit), but now I'm back, baby! I'm really not that far off - 10 lbs. or so, but to me it's like a million. This is a commitment to me. Let's do this thing!
