My excuses for why I didn't exercise yesterday:
#1: I was going to take a walk but there was a lightening and thunder storm with heavy rain and high winds.
#2: I haven't joined a gym yet because my husband says he wants to join with me but he's been sick so we are waiting for him to feel better.
#3: I live in a condo and my downstairs neighbor complains whenever we make any noise so I'm afraid to work out at home.
I think that's it. Thankfully today there is no storm so I'm definitely going to take a walk!
I know, deep down underneath all my excuse making that I could have found a way to exercise yesterday despite those obstacles. I need to acknowledge that, and figure out how to want to exercise so much that it will cut through all those excuses when they arise.
