I met with Fitness 19 in Victorville Ca trainer (Jon/John) and he took metric measurements let me know that my BMI was 41%+ . I let him know that I was walking and that my goal was to drop 100 lb. and get to a healthier build which would allow me to have a vehicle for quality of life for the next 33 years. He was impressed over my breakfast and lunch eating habits (as long as I follow my plan.)
I paid for three training sessions two a week. They had a special 3 sessions 25 minutes for $59.00 all other lessons are billable at $28.00 per 25 minute session. I'll let you know how this works out. Jon said "come back on Wednesday ready to work out" and suggested that I eat something an hour before training.
