Assessment at the Gym.

I met with Fitness 19 in Victorville Ca trainer (Jon/John) and he took metric measurements let me know that my BMI was 41%+ . I let him know that I was walking and that my goal was to drop 100 lb. and get to a healthier build which would allow me to have a vehicle for quality of life for the next 33 years. He was impressed over my breakfast and lunch eating habits (as long as I follow my plan.)

I paid for three training sessions two a week. They had a special 3 sessions 25 minutes for $59.00 all other lessons are billable at $28.00 per 25 minute session. I'll let you know how this works out. Jon said "come back on Wednesday ready to work out" and suggested that I eat something an hour before training.

    Just try to learn from the experience and have fun working with the trainer. Hopefully you will learn a few things from him and be better off for having taken the training offer!

    It's nice to be able to get a trainer to take you through the paces and make sure you are doing everything A=OK. They say it is worse to do an exercise in the wrong form than to not do it at all.

    Let us know how you feel after the first day of working out with John. I'll bet you'll find muscles you didn't even know you had. lol
