Dancin' machine

So, I went to Modern Dance on Saturday and Bellydance last night. Thursday I take Intro to Pole Dancing. I wanted to work on not just losing weight, but feeling better about my body - and really feeling connected to my body. I've loved the classes so far - though I'm really nervous about the pole dance class! It was such a strange thing to try to mimic the instructor, and then catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror. There were times when I was absolutely not doing what I thought I was. But it was definitely fun, and I can't wait to try again. (Still nervous though.)
