Goals to get will power back

Cycle 3 ended a week ago yesterday. In that week a lot happened, but getting started on cycle 1 wasn't one of them unfortunately. It has been crazy. My husband was sick last week and I got it Sunday night and felt awful until this morning. I feel much better now, thankfully. I haven't been eating right or excercising. I didn't even go for a jog this weekend. Not proud, but I will get back on track. I am not too worried. There will be times in life where things get hectic causing other things to become priority. I am learning to live and be healthy all at the same time! What a concept. Overall I guess I haven't done too terribly. I have gained back a pound, but I thought it was going to be way worse.
I went home at lunch and got my crockpot chicken going. That is one of my staples in 17 DD. I am a creature of habit. I had a few recipes that I stuck with to make it happen. Obviously I will need some variety if I am going to maintain forever, but the time for that will come and I will deal with it then. I should be all geared up for day 0ne of cycle one in round 2! How many times have a said that?! This time, I mean it. I am 12 pounds from my goal and I want to reach it by July 14. I need to take action to make it happen.
Goals for this week:
1. Start round 2 of the 17 day diet tomorrow (Wednesday).
2. Move (Bike, walk, jog) at least 4 days this week.
3. Take vitamins daily.
Since I don't have a looming deadline and I want to focus more on healthy living, I am not going to be as hard core strict as I was on my first round. I plan on following it well, but I am ok with bending and modifying to fit my life...my healthy life. That doesn't mean that I can eat whatever whenever, but I don't have to be so uptight about it either.
As I start meeting goals and focusing again, I know that my "will power muscle" will grow. Baby step to 4 o'clock.
