Body Key Day #8

Yesterday I started back to water cardio, which I absolutely love!!! Anyway, I did that yesterday and today!
Per the scales at the YMCA my weight is now:
I am thrilled about the progress so far! So in 7 days I am down 6 lbs. That's almost one pound a day!!! Inches have gone down too. Not by much but 1/2 inch everywhere is a nice change in 7 days!
I feel as though I am a lot more energetic. I feel like I am a bit more focused. Seven days in to this 90 days of this "program" to change my lifestyle and I'm feeling good! We shall see how I feel and look at the end of the 90 days!
I'm just excited about the changes and how I'm progressing so far. I'm learning to eat with portion control and not be starving myself. I'm learning to eat better! I see in the foods I eat how much of my total intake are carbs, fats, and proteins! And by seeing it means I can change it and eat less or more of what I need and don't need!
