Yesterday went well....I ate & worked out as outlined; but I was really tired this morning. I didn't get up til 9:30 and I went to bed at a reasonable time (I don't really remember)
I ate the same breakfast as yesterday because it was late and I was hungry. I ate just over and hour ago and I'm hungry now?????
I'm going to do the strength training today; hopefully I won't be too sore tomorrow.
