Better Today

Tuesday, May 14, 2013

The ulcerative colitis is better today. I just am being very careful about what I'm eating. Really watching seeds and such.

My back is also better, but it is not 100%. I am on a huge debate about going riding which I know is pretty stupid. I will probably not go. I will probably just take Summer to the dog park.
I can get my exercise with her. I am still waiting to hear back from the doctor and see if I have to do another injection next week.

My weight was up a little yesterday, but it is back down today. I need to get on the regular walking again. Interesting matter what they say, you can not burn the same amount of calories walking inside as walking outside. Outside you are forced to do hills. Inside you are not!

Glad you feel better. Hope it continues! I live out in the country and walking outside means you have to contend with the wind too!

I am glad that you are better today! walking is good for us either way but I do think it is harder to do out side. have to pay more attention to the ground be mindful of where you are walking, watch out for stones etc. You probably burn more calories out side especially if it is hot out!

Sp glad to hear you are feeling better today! Yes I think a walk is much better than riding for today. And I agree, an outside walk with hills burns way more calories than walking inside. Hope you continue to improve!
