Well yesterday was a Monday...who begins lifestyle changes on a Monday?!

I do, I figure there's not enough time to put it off anymore. I've done this before, so I KNOW that I can.

I'll go into that some other time for now I jsut want to take a look back at yesterday...

First, the sleeping thing worked nice, I feel asleep pretty easily, went back to sleep each time I woke up, and woke up just before my alarm....BUT...After I took my daughter to the bust stop I came back home and instead of going back to bed as I have doing for months I sat down with my coffee...and nodded off. I dozed like a fat lazy slob right at the desk for about 15 minutes.

I ate well, had snacks, met my cleaning goal....and after lunch found myself nodding off at the desk yet again. This time I decided it was time for my walk, so I made myself go.
It was stormy out, so I decide to walk in the house and the carport/driveway....I have to say that for a few minutes I felt pretty pathic, breaking a sweat jsut rudging around my own home, but....that passed pretty quickly because...

Well first: It felt GOOD to be doing something that was good for me.
And second: I'd rather be an unhealthy woman trying to do something to make it better than to continue not doing anything, no matter how ridiculous it looks or seems.

After that I tried out a yoga video here. Not made for the unfit or the obese obviously. I think I will have to use my DYD for awhile because it at least tells me how to do the poses if I'm too out of shape and doesn't require the jump changes.

So...I'm ready to tackle day two. I have my meal plan sketched out and it's a strength training day....look out world, here I come! :)

    Good for you! Often times the first step is the hardest...just keep going. Little by little and you'll get there before you know it!
