Whirlwind!

Hey all,

Well last week I visited 5 national parks in 5 days, and did a bunch of driving in between. My diet...wasn't the best, but my calorie burn WAS wicked. My weight went up a little but my measurements went down, so I'm gonna hold off and weigh in next Monday, hoping that some of it is bloat from all the sodium and traveling. :)

Meanwhile we are rapidly working out our moving plan, since we have to be out end of June and Alex may be gone. FOrtunately for us, the place we are moving is owned by a friend and currently empty anyway, (well it's furnished but no one is living there) so we can maybe move in a bit earlier.

Anyway, gotta get to work!

    Sounds like you have a good plan..and the exercise was the key to your not gaining huge amounts of weight.. emoticon
