Weigh-in was yesterday and I was 173.6. That's a 0,6 lbs loss, for a total of 19,8 lbs. AAAAAARGH! Why can't I get to 20 pounds already!!!! So close...
I'm happy about the loss, considering I had three different meals out with friends or family. I made really good choices, but it's still not easy to lose when eating out.
But I'm now considering switching my official weigh-in day from Mondays to Tuesdays. I weighed myself this morning and I was 172.6! A whole pound less than yesterday, and that was after having breakfast! This is the second week in a row that it happens.
But I'm not really going to switch weigh-in days. The important thing is that I'm losing and the scale will eventually show it, even on a Monday :)
