Well, we've been back from the beach for a week and a half now. Have gone back to the no-dairy thing and I'm feeling much better. My stomach seems to be happy again. I don't feel as achy or bloated anymore. Still have a ways to go, but I can tell the difference.
Plus, my energy is returning. I got so sluggish from eating the dairy. For someone who has never had a lot of energy, seeing it return simply due to what I'm eating (or in this case, not eating) is amazing and tangible.
Now to work out. It's been a bit of a struggle getting back into the routine, but I'm getting there. Exercise is just as important as what I eat.
