Well that is what I am aiming for at least
I didn't cave into the cookies or the candies yesterday. I don't know if DH took the brownies to work but he went to go cut into them and then stopped so
for him too!
Goals for today:
Complete to do list
Wear shoes for an hour
Complete 3 strength training exercises
96oz of water today
Freggie with each meal and snack
Have a healthy day!
