NRFL4W, Workout A2

+ today, i did new rules workout A, 2. i increased all of my weights, and i definitely felt harder than the first time i did workout A, so that's good, my weights are probably more where they need to be. i can't wait to see where i end up!!

+ some really good news.... hubby has not only agreed to DEFINITELY do the Dirty Dash with me in July.... but he's also signed up and paid!!! so i'm dragging him with me, even if we have to walk alot. he's going to start running again soon, so i'm really hoping that it will be more running than walking. we both signed up for the 8K, knowing that we can always do the 4K if necessary (the 8K is just two times around the course). i'm pretty excited!

+ went out to a restaurant last night, and i think i did pretty well.. it was an italian place, so we all had pasta. i had mine with a chunky tomato sauce, with extra grilled veggies on top. i only ate half my serving, and took the other half home.
