I didn't manage my "just 20 minutes" on the TM this morning. I think several night short of sleep caught up to me. It doesn't mean that I won't get my steps and workout in, I will just have to get to them later. I DO like the boost of a short bit of morning movement, even if just a walk.... but I have gotten into the habit of taking a nap after work and then getting up and staying up later than I would otherwise.
I also gritted my teeth and stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in several weeks and I'm UP 2.3# to 153.4.
So strapping back in like I did in March. I can get it back down, I am just frustrated because it's gone back up. My exercise has been on track but my food tracking has been lackadaisical. So I am buckled in, my seat back is in its upright position and my tray table is secured and locked. I will also keep my limbs inside the car and out of the frig!
