It's that time of year again! The Spring into summer challenge. The last challenge was I year ago (about the same time I.... took a leave of absence). I am using this challenge to get back on track and keep going with the little goals.
I plan on using this challenge to get me back into the motivational "sweet spot" I had. I want this challenge to help me in between my boot camp classes. I am only going one day a week (it's all I can afford), but I don't want to be a couch potato the rest of the week.
I want to use this challenge to gain the courage to keep myself motivated instead of letting go with excuses.
I would love for this challenge to help me get into the exercise routine that I know I need and still have wiggle room to try new things/ change it up to get me through the plateaus that I will be faced with eventually.
Mainly I want to use this challenge to reconnect with myself and fellow sparkers in order to gain friendships and accountability partners that will help me through so I can pay it forward when it is my time.
