I really have to get back to a consistent workout plan. These last few weeks, have been horrible on my consistency. the month of march I worked out each day with the jillian micheals video. We were going to do another video as a group in APril, but with spring break and a surgical procedure on my leg, I got out o f the 5:00 am habit from march and I have not been able to get back in the swing of things.
I am felling very pity partish (I know that is not a word) but I was doing so well in march, and I can't get back there. this journey is mentally difficult. I am not feel very confident in my success today.
