Im getting to the point where I am mandating a break in tranplanting and weeding until I can lift a bowl of water. I have a wicked case of tennis elbow but the weather has been so divine for gardening.
Smart thing to do, which is why it apparently took me this long to figure it out (chuckling).
New recipe today: carrot and frozen mango - whoa Nelly! that goes down like butter on bread. YUM!
Fresh asparagus with a dab of goat cheese, once extracted, barely heated on the stove - fresh asparagus soup. Comfort food! Silky texture.
1 little Banana one half Avocado pudding with pumpkin seeds, almond milk and a tablespoon of sorghum honey. Oh yeah! This is manna from heaven. You would be surprised by the creaminess that the nutribullet can achieve. It refrigerates well, so 1 batch can yield 4 servings. It freezes well too, I am going to try a variation with pistachios. If I am going to drink kale and spinach I earn a bonus pudding for good fats.
