Off to Guadalajara again today

the good news is that I still and not feeling too bad, just tired. I am having trouble sleeping as I can't stop thinking about what my final diagnosis will be. I am heading down to GDL with the driver and my girlfriend for a CT scan. Both the GI doc and the internist/immune specialist requested it so I will comply. I just pray that it is not a closed machine as I will have to be given a sedative for that since I had a bad experience years ago for a MRI on my back. I think these machines are more open though.
Yesterday I was having a good day and ran errands after walking the dogs. My mind has been so "busy" that I did something stupid and left my cash card in a machine. I had taken out the daily limit so no one could use it and they also don't have my pin number but when I noticed it and went back it was gone. So just an inconvenience that I have to go to the bank for a new card. I never do things like that...shows you where my head is.
Well off to the bank then GDL
Hope you all have a good day.
thank you again for all the well wishes.
Sallie

Hope the test went well. My bank machine likes to eat cards and then you have to wait til they mail you another one.

Hope the card is easily redeemed. Most all CT machines are open today, hope yours will be also. Lack of sleep is very tiring, hope that will soon be a thing of the past.

I've never left a card, but I've turned one in to the credit union when I found the person ahead me did. I hope whoever followed you turned it in and your financial hassle is held to a minimum.

Glad you are feeling better. Sorry to hear about the cash card. Several years ago when I was working at the mall, I was in line at the cash machine behind two women that were talking and laughing with each other. There were abuot 6 people in line. When they left, I stepped up and it asked "Do you want another Transaction?" I answered No and it spit the ladies card out to me. I was not expecting this and knowing the problems it could cause, I was running down the mall trying to catch them. Finally, they heard me hollow, but were ignoring me. I finally shouted, you left something and was waving the card. The lady came up to me in shock, took the card and gave me a big hug. Well, I had not taken time to make my transaction and my break time was over. So I was without cash for the rest of the day

A lot of the banks ATM machines, will 'grab' the card if it remains in the slot over a certain amount of time... only a minute or so.....and you can go directly to THAT bank and get your card back without getting a new one.

Good luck in Guadalahara tody.

Wow so many tests - sounds intense but it's a brave thing to go to the doctor. That sense of anticipation and worry would never go away if you weren't taking these steps to figure it out. Cash card is funny in way, maybe think of it as one step towards a fresh start :) Take care!

Bummer about the card but you have had a lot on your mind lately. Good luck at the doctor's today, hope this will be the end of all these tests. Has anyone mentioned Chrons disease?

I have left my card in the machine once before on a Saturday. When I got to the bank on Monday, they had it and gave it back to me. I hope it will be that simple for you. Praying for an answer on your health issues--I was in that place too a few years ago until I got a diagnosis of fibromyalgia. It was an extremely frustrating and scary time. Hang in there!! emoticon
