1. track everything I did it but went over just a little in calories and fat
2.10 min. of exercise. 37 mins plus 10 mins of strength
3.15 min.of quiet time I did 20 min.
4. measure my food some of my food I measured
I will not be on sparkpeople for a few days. We are leaving early tomorrow morning to pick up my daughter from college in NC. I will try to write down things I eat and try to find some time for a little exercise. This will be a big test for me since I wont have spark to support me and a husband who likes to eat.
I have a plan of packing fruit and veggies to snack on in the car instead of chips and junk. I will try to eat a salad at least 1 time we stop to eat. Then in the morning before we leave each day I plan to pwoer walk in place for at least 10 mins. Hope I can stick to this plan. I will let you know.
