Break Challenge #6: Wed 5/15 through Tues 5/21
TRI-atholon challenge for the week:
Last week we focused on what worked for you. This week, put some of that into effect.
You get some choices for each category. Make it count and pick things that give you a good return for your efforts.
Training is not the events of one day, it is something we do continually. The idea is that we need to exercise regularly our entire life to get and keep the results we want. Use the inspiration you found last week and find a way to get some good solid exercise of your choice.
100 points for every 15 minutes done Any exercise that raises your heart rate or uses your muscles.
100 point bonus each day if you reach 60 minutes of exercise that day.
Note: Normal activities (house cleaning, etc.) dont count unless you are doing something unusual for you (spring cleaning like crazy, spending hours gardening) if you are pushing to move more than you usually do, and you are raising your heart rate or using your muscles enough you can feel them afterwards, then you can count it.
This week is about healthy eating. What choice can you make with your eating that will really help you with your weight loss/fitness?
a. 125 points a day for tracking the food you ate.
b. 125 points a day if you followed your food plan.
c. 250 points a day for doing something of your choice, but make it count and pick something that really helps you lose weight/get fit.
What would help you eat healthier or keep within your food plan better? Additional Planning of your meals? Choosing some obstacle for each day and planning how to stay on track even with that obstacle? Bringing your meals to work or to social events? No meals out all week? Increasing your freggies or fiber or protein? No snacking in the evenings or maybe changing the type of snacks you will eat? Your choice, pick something that will help you lose weight/get fit.

Focus on yourself - what else will help you on your weight loss journey?
Everyone is different. What really helps you and makes a difference for you to lose weight / get fit? Something related to exercise such as doing extra core work or extra ST or adding HIIT? Changing something in your eating? Planning? Drinking your water? Getting enough sleep? Cooking ahead?
500 points a day for doing your choice of something that will really help you in your weight loss journey.
