This is so awesome!! I'm so glad I found this. I've always heard about the lunges & squats helping with that area, but I've recently discovered a love of jumping jacks & "fake" jumping rope (I don't have a jump rope, so I have to fake it).
Another great booty exercise:
You deserve to have great health. The key is that you need to work for it. Don't just settle.
Today's challenge: Do some squats, some lunges & some jumping jacks!
