It has been a busy few days...64 hrs of night shift since wednesday night. I work in a lab, so it's not strenuous work, just a lot of hours. Saturday night was a 12 hr shift and with Mother's day breakfast, I feel like I hit the ground running and haven't stopped! This morning after work I was just exhausted, and so I just sat on the couch until 10 AM, then went to bed. I woke up in time to get a 1/2 hr of cardio in just before getting ready to go to work. So I got my workout in just in the knick of time!
I've been doing really good with tracking my food and staying within calorie range, but still struggle making sure I get the proper nutrient levels. Today was the first day in a long time that everything tracked was spot-on for calories and nutrients. Yay! Lets hear it for small victories! WooHoo!
