Had a full day here getting things in place for the week after being gone. Started out with grocery shopping and then a few other store visits after putting the groceries away at home. I also had five loads of laundry to conquer....still have one load in the dryer ready to fold and it is almost 11 pm. Otherwise, food prep and just stuff going on with the kiddos. Tonight we headed to church about 8 pm as we were scheduled for our photograph for the directory they are putting together, but nobody was there so we came home. Not going to be easy to reschedule.
I did buy my copy of the Spark Solution for my Kindle and probably won't follow their meal plan, but did get pretty close following the calorie intake for each meal and will have to incorporate two snacks as I'm not consistent with that part. Also working at adding more fruit and veggies and today I did quite well with the whole thing. I was under that max of 1500 and feel good with the choices I did make today.
Tomorrow... gym, school and a 90 min. massage in the evening.
