Soooo...it's been a while science I've been on here and boy does it show! I am SOO tired of slipping backward and all I go do is put one foot in front of the other and make my health a priority like I have in the past. I didn't realize how easy it could be to slip back I to old bad habits. I just feel so much better when I take care of myself and I miss my Spark community! I will food journal and get on here every night to be accountable for my day

Excercise: one hour of "nightclub" style Zumba --FUN!

Food journal:
Bowl of oatmeal, with diced fruit, coconut, 1tlsp brown sugar,
Cup coffee 1 tblsp half and half
One cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1tsp. Honey half cup fresh strawberries
Banana 1 tbsp. peanut butter
Whole grain tortilla with chicken, black beans and one ounce cheese
One cup watermelon
One grapefruit.

Lots of fruit (with the way I've been eating I won't worry to much about it) no veggies :(. Did not overeat, that's good

    Have you tried fat free half and half? I like it on oatmeal. Skim milk does not appeal to me on cereal.
