I started April 1st (no fooling) deciding that the time had come to get serious about my constant weight watching. I'm a WW member and they put a 6 week activity challenge to it. It came at a perfect time for me. So the six weeks is over and I lost weight.
I've lost 7 pounds since April 1st and I'm excited that the little changes I've done have made a difference.
The biggest one is just taking every day, every meal rather than "hoping" to lose lots of weight.
Now with the 5% Spring Challenge the goal is 12.7 lbs by the 4th of July. I'm excited for the support of my fellow travelers and the accountability of checking in.
Meal by meal, glass of water by glass of water, activity! I get it, little steps little changes make a difference.
