I should be at the end of week 2 (May 10-16th), but didn't do well with tracking my sugar reduction. Weekend was ok...
Sunday 12th..I had more sugar than I planned to.
Monday 13th was back to fruits and veggies.
Tuesday: Ate very well, had green smoothies, 4 m&m pieces
Wednesday: craving sugar like crazy this evening.....!!! Didn't give in though! Made 16 oz of tea and added 2 tbsp of honey
