Week 2 of challenge...

I should be at the end of week 2 (May 10-16th), but didn't do well with tracking my sugar reduction. Weekend was ok...

Sunday 12th..I had more sugar than I planned to.

Monday 13th was back to fruits and veggies.

Tuesday: Ate very well, had green smoothies, 4 m&m pieces

Wednesday: craving sugar like crazy this evening.....!!! Didn't give in though! Made 16 oz of tea and added 2 tbsp of honey

    yes, omitting sugar is a big hurdle for me...more so than meats and fats. I can be vegetarian as long as I can have sugar...but i wont try it...i'll overcompensate on the sugar if i do that. :)

    So I may have missed an older blog...are you trying to give up sugar completely or did you give yourself a limit?

    baby steps Sharmila...

    I started my cutting sugar and using honey in my coffee and then cut sugar completely from my evening tea and use honey in my morning coffee and thats it...No sweets or I eat dark chocolate..slow and easy...it takes time for the habit...
