Insanity!

So I am committed to conquering the Insanity program this summer. I took the fitness test today and it was tough. But I am going to push through and do this. I am going to start working out for about 20 mins in the morning with Tiffany Rothe and then get my butt kicked by Shawn T in the afternoon. I have lots of greek yogurt I am planning on mixing with wheat chex cereal in the mornings for breakfast and then eating lean cuisines for lunch. I was doing so well and am very disappointed in myself for getting discouraged and giving up. I really want to wear my emerald green bikini this summer and feel amazing. I'm excited about the transformation to come.

    I don't remember (sorry old age)....Did we talk about this? Are you logging your workouts? You know that if you submit your before and after pictures and log your workouts and such there are $ prizes!!!!!
