Days 132 and 133 Activity Reports

Day 132 - Fitness

2 and half hours of gardening (I have turned into a farmer and a gardener!)

Day 76 - All day tracking

Breakfast - tracked
Lunch - tracked
Dinner - tracked
Snacks - tracked

Actually did not overeat despite the fact food was really yummy.

Day 133 - Fitness

30 minutes walking

Day 77 - All day tracking

Breakfast - tracked
Lunch - tracked
Dinner - tracked
Snacks - tracked

These two days were combined. I used my app for tracking, but did not have an opportunity to blog on Sunday. Late night because of family (in a good way.)
