a good day. off to a slow start. i decided self care was necessary and i ate breakfast in bed, and stayed in bed late. not sleeping, but, deleting photos off my camera, cleaning out my inbox, reading The Spark. and Skype-ing with a very supportive friend. when i finally got up (at 12:30!) I had lunch, did some cleaning, and went for a really nice walk -- hardly any bugs ( i was SO glad for that). i also hooped and did a SP chi gong (spelling?) video. ate delicious dinner, and enjoyed a night home watching tv with my guy. the first time in weeks, i think.

now, ready for a good night of sleep!
