I got in my cardio and stayed within my nutritional ranges.
Today has been crazy busy. I started the Spark Solution. The meals are challenging. I wish I had an extra week to prep the food in advance. I can always do this again & again. I'm looking at it as my new lifestyle and looking forward to learning to cook with spices!
I had to improvise with dinner. It was cold whole wheat oatmeal, splenda, & fat fee, lactose free milk. I'm looking forward to the chicken enchiladas!
