I've been sick for a while. Got better before my Europe trip... came back, was sick again. Thanks Airport!
I've rested, I'm tired most of the time... but it's time to pull myself together and get myself on track. I'm taking vitamins and surprisingly, exercise makes me feel better and gives me energy!
So tonight, after work... I took a nap. Then, I got up and did 1.5 hours of modest exercise. Spin, treadmill, dance and yoga. At home, at my own pace!
Burned 620+ calories and I'm happy about that. Looking forward to a few pounds off this week. :-D
Still focused on studying and losing weight over the next few weeks/months. Making plans, planning meals, and happy to see some downward movement on the scale!
