Back in the saddle again

I haven't been running regularly in a long time, but I want to get back into it. Today I did Day 3 of the first week of the C25K program. That's 3 days in a row for me of getting on my treadmill while watching The Good Wife on Amazon Prime, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. Pushed myself a little bit today and finished 2 miles in the 30 mins, which doesn't seem like much but it's a start. I thought I would try to do a blog post after every workout to help keep me motivated. Life can turn into a bit of a downward spiral sometimes, when I'm not feeling well mentally I don't take care of myself physically and then I just feel worse. I'm sure there are others who do the same thing, but I am going to try hard to break that cycle because I want to be well! :)
