I am built like a pear -your classic pear.
Back in my 20's and even my 30's I was plump but my legs were supple...so to speak.
Today in my 40's and I'm talking late 40's, my legs look like hell in a handbasket!
Dimples galore! Eating right doesn't get rid of these dimples and these dimples are not 'cute'.
I noticed today when I was walking that people look at my thighs as I was walking by...why? Well its because you can see my dimples through my pant's ...disgusting! As I grow older everything is drooping..and I often wonder if there is any hope in tightening up this body.
I have gelatinous thighs, cankles, and a ba-donk-donk butt.
How can I get my legs back in shape? At least enough for those oh so not cute dimples to NOT show through my clothing.
I have 1 recumbent bike and 1 stair stepper.
I think its time I hit those hard, along with my clean eating.
What else can I do besides those for results?
Ohhhh to be able to wear capri's in the summer...dare I say shorts? I am going to commit to getting these gams in shape...like I said, "fab in my 50's" is what I am shooting for.
Tonight...recumbent bike and some stair stepping going on in this house.
I must work these legs...this coming from a woman who has always hated exercise.
I gotta learn to love it. I hope that is possible!
If anyone has any miracle leg exercises...I would be interested :)
