Trying hard to get it together

So on my last blog I talked about the biggest loser contest we had in our department. I managed to gain 4 pounds. UGH!!!! I guess you figured it out I did not win.

Joined the gym on Saturday time to turn things around once again. remaining positive because I know what to do I just need to do it. Not expecting to lose overnight. No magic potions No strict food plan to follow that I will just get frustrated with and give up in a week. Just plain old hard work. cut the calories and back to the gym on a regular. Burn some calories and keep my calories at the recommended range and it will be slow and easy.
