"Movin it" Monday!

I have done 60 minutes of walking cardio. emoticon
Then, bicycle crunches...2 sets of 20...repeated exercise. emoticon
Breathe...dumbbell bicep curls 2x15 with 10 pound weights. emoticon
Afterwards 2 sets of 15 calf raises with chair ... Feeling. The. Burn...
The 20 minutes of extra walking at work was added, too.

Yes. Today was "Movin it" Monday.
Tomorrow is "Tackle it" Tuesday.
Wondering about Wednesday now...Hmm...
